01 Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in these Terms are given below:

• "Platform" — refers to ad44's website, applications, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — a person who has registered an account on the platform.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at ad44: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposited funds must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name only. Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum amount for withdrawing winnings is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until account verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if unusual transaction patterns are detected.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

To make the bonus funds withdrawable, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus amount).

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per user.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• ad44 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the terms of each offer; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

06 VIP Program

ad44's VIP program has five tiers. The maximum weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Moving up to a higher tier depends on your overall platform activity. VIP benefits apply to real-money bets only — bets placed using bonus funds may not count toward VIP calculations.

07 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Misusing the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Playing using bots, automation software, or any other dishonest technology.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account or attempts to hack.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to recover deposited funds through chargebacks or payment disputes.
